PCS uses the Kamloops Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®)the same system that is available to all the REALTORS®. All I need is your email address and a little information from you to find out what type of property you are looking for.

Certain criteria is needed such as location, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, size of property, and price range. After your personalized PCS website is set up, I will then email you back with a password and user ID usually within 2 business days. Once your website is set up, there will be no need to go to mls.ca or the realtor.ca websites.

This will be your own user friendly website where you can view, organize, print or email your favorite listings. Your personalized search will be updated continually throughout each business day so when there is a property that is listed or there is a price change, you will then be notified via email to check out your website.
